If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we are here to assist you. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to offer flexibility when possible. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your order. Please read carefully to understand the steps involved and any exceptions that may apply. 

How to Cancel Your Order 

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 

  • Ensure you provide your order details, such as your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • We aim to process cancellations promptly, but timing is important, so reach out as soon as you decide. 
  • If your order is still being processed or hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to assist. 
  • Please note that orders already in transit or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation. 

Cancellation Conditions 

While we strive to accommodate all cancellation requests, certain conditions may apply. 

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are in the delivery process may not be eligible for cancellation. 
  • Custom items or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun. 
  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to the condition of the returned goods, so please ensure they are in their original, unused condition. 
  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or is on its way. 
  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued as per our refund policy. 

Refund Process After Cancellation 

Once your order cancellation is confirmed, we will begin processing your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The process may take a short time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies. We always strive to make this process as fast and efficient as possible for you. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the refund, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. 

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy 

While we try to offer flexibility, there are certain circumstances where cancellation may not be possible. 

  • Some products, such as limited-edition or final sale items, are ineligible for cancellation or return. 
  • If an order is specially tailored or made-to-order, it cannot be canceled once the process has started. 
  • Once an item has been delivered and is outside of our cancellation window, it will need to be returned as per our return policy. 
  • Please ensure to review your order carefully before confirming to avoid any inconvenience.
